Welcome to the Hawley House in Lincoln, NE

Policies:

• The apartment is limited to 2 people. If you want to add more people, you must have written permission from the owner and pay an extra $100 per month per person.
• No Smoking in the house. Smoking permitted on the porch w/use of sand bucket for cigarette disposal.
• No Candles to be used anywhere or any open flames of any kind.
• No Pets
• We take Personal checks, cash, Traveler's checks, and money orders but do not take credit cards at this time.
• Whether for business or pleasure, make Hawley House your home away from home.

Minimum Stays - Minimum stay of one month is required.

Reservations - Feel free to call 402.450.6416 with any questions. You may also pay a deposit by mailing a check. (We will hold the room for 1 week for a check to reach us.)

Confirmation- We will e-mail a confirmation to you as soon as we receive your payment.

Payment - If you want to pay by check, your deposit will be $100..

Cancellation - Cancellation will cause the loss of deposit.

Internet Access- We have high speed internet access with cable available for guests traveling with laptops. Ask and the password will be given to you.

Telephones - The apartment has no telephone.

Television - A small television with dvd player in living room. Basic cable 3-76 provided.

Central Heat and Air Conditioning - The heat and air conditioning is controlled on first floor by the owners. Heat will be set at 68 or 70 and air conditioning will be set at 74. If you need different settings, you may negotiate with the owner since utilities are paid and included in the rent.

Check-in/out - Check-in is as arranged ahead of time. If your plans change, please contact us so we can be available to check you in.

Keys - 1 set of keys will be issued. If you need another set, ask and we will issue a second set. Keys not returned when the apartment is vacated will be charged $10 per set and deducted from the deposit.

Office Hours - There are no set office hours. We will make arrangements to be home when you arrive. If your plans change, please remember to call us. We need to make arrangements to be home when you arrive to let you in.
